Peach Cobbler with Oatmeal Crumble!


This peach cobbler is so easy and delicious, and it’s pretty healthy too!

What you’ll need:

  • 2 lbs peaches (about 8) 
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp melted butter 
  • 1/4 tsp salt

*this recipe serves about 12-14 people

First, peel and cut 2 pounds of peaches. Mix together 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the peaches so that each piece is coated. 

Note: We made this recipe for a party, so the quantity is for about 12-14 people. 

For the crumble, mix together 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Spread mixture over the peaches.

Mmm, look at all those delicious peaches!

Honestly, this would probably taste great if we ate it just as it is, but it’ll taste even better once you:

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. You’ll know it’s ready when the crumble starts to brown and the peach juices start to bubble. Enjoy!
